One Net miniClient is an application that runs on your PC or Mac®, so you need to download and install it.
Before installation
Check that your operating system is compatible with One Net miniClient >
Ensure you have the necessary administrator permissions to install applications on your computer.
Ensure your firewall allows the connection to the Vodafone One Net service.
Firewall configuration and ports specification
Contact your IT support to make sure the firewall software you're using doesn't block One Net miniClient.
- Make sure the following port ranges are open:
- 50000-65535 for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
- 15350-15357 for Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP)/Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP)
- 636 for source/destination of ldap.onenetuk.vodafone.pt and 213.30.19.147

New User Datagram Protocol (UDP) portsUDP 29536 is a new starting port. UDP 49535 is a new ending port.
- Add the following URLs to your firewall's whitelist:
- https://ipcglobalupdate.vodafone.com/CheckUpdate
- https://onenetwsuk.vodafone.pt/IpCntrxWS.asmx

Installing the app
Launch the One Net miniClient installer file.
Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
From the Operator list, select Vodafone UK.
What do I need to do to get started?
When you've installed One Net miniClient, enter your One Net username and password on the login screen. Now you're ready to start making calls.

When One Net miniClient is running, an icon is shown in the taskbar notification area on a PC, or in the menu bar on a Mac.
To view One Net miniClient, change settings or quit the application, right-click the One Net miniClient icon.
