Requirements for One Net applications

One Net Feature Management Portal:

Supported browsers

  • Internet Explorer® 11 or later
  • Firefox® 46 or later
  • Chrome™ 50 or later
  • Safari® 9.0.3 or later

One Net Operator Console:

Supported operating systems

  • Microsoft® Windows® 7, 8.1, and 10.
  • macOS® 10.13 to 10.15.

Minimum hardware requirements

  • Processor: Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 64, or equivalent
  • RAM: 2GB
  • Hard disk space: 500MB
  • Headset: USB headsets are recommended

Required internet connection

  • 500Kbps or faster
Note Switches and routers

Vodafone will provide and install all required data switches and routers.

 

One Net miniClient

Supported operating systems

  • MicrosoftWindows 7, 8.1, and 10.
  • macOS 10.13 to 10.15.

Minimum hardware requirements

  • RAM: 2GB
  • Hard disk space: 500MB
  • Headset: USB headsets are recommended

  • 500Kbps or faster

Supported Skype for Business integration

  • Skype for Business 2013 (version 15.0.4420.1017 or later)
  • Skype for Business 2015
  • Skype for Business 2016

One Net Mobile Client

Supported browsers

You can access One Net Mobile Client on any mobile device through a browser that supports the HTML5 standard.

Note One Net Mobile Client access

One Net Mobile Client can be accessed only through a browser on a mobile device with a Vodafone One Net SIM card.

 

One Net Collaboration

With voice integration

Voice integration is available only on PCs and tablets with the Microsoft® Windows® 7, 8.1 or 10 (32-bit and 64-bit) system. You also need to have One Net miniClient installed.

Without voice integration

Without voice integration, One Net Collaboration is compatible with all desktop and mobile devices.

 

Firewall configuration and ports specification

Contact your IT support to make sure the firewall software you're using doesn't block One Net applications.

  • Make sure the following port ranges are open:
    • 50000-65535 for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
    • 15350-15357 for Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP)/Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP)
    • 636 for source/destination of ldap.onenetuk.vodafone.pt and 213.30.19.147

    Note New User Datagram Protocol (UDP) ports

    UDP 29536 is a new starting port. UDP 49535 is a new ending port.

     

  • Add the following URLs to your firewall's whitelist:
    • https://ipcglobalupdate.vodafone.com/CheckUpdate
    • https://onenetwsuk.vodafone.pt/IpCntrxWS.asmx
