The additional overflow feature enables you to combine two separate hunt groups together. This way if no one in a hunt group answers a call, the call is transferred to another hunt group.

To set up additional overflow for a hunt group
For administrators only
- Select Management > Company Features.
- In the Hunt Groups section, select View all.
- Find the hunt group you want to configure and select
. - Select Edit.
- In the Final action section, select Forward call to.
- Select Address Book and choose a hunt group you want to forward calls to.
- Choose Select Number.
- Select Save.
