Additional overflow

The additional overflow feature enables you to combine two separate hunt groups together. This way if no one in a hunt group answers a call, the call is transferred to another hunt group.

To set up additional overflow for a hunt group

For administrators only

  1. Select Management > Company Features.
  2. In the Hunt Groups section, select View all.
  3. Find the hunt group you want to configure and select .
  4. Select Edit.
  5. In the Final action section, select Forward call to.
  6. Select Address Book and choose a hunt group you want to forward calls to.
  7. Choose Select Number.
  8. Select Save.
