About One Net administration
One Net provides two levels of administration: company and group. A group administrator manages the users and services for their group. A company administrator oversees the whole organisation and can manage the users and services in any group.

A group administrator manages the users and services for their groups, a company administrator can manage the users and services for any group. Administrators can set up and change a user's services by switching to the user view in One Net Feature Management Portal.

Managing users
During the initial setup of One Net for your organisation, Vodafone creates user accounts for all the people in your organisation and assigns each user to an organisational group. Once the service is in operation, an administrator manages the users, creates groups and assigns users to them.
