About group services

There are two types of group services in One Net.

• Groups for users, such as call pickup groups
• General services that can be used by all users in the group, such as sharing a company number

User group services

The user group services are:

General services

The general group services are:

• On-hold music >
• Closed hours settings >
• Call screening >
• Managing company numbers assigned to the group >
• Lock management >
• Announcements library >
• Call queues >
• Auto-attendants >

Hunt groups, call queues and auto-attendants can be assigned user call features, such as voicemail and forwarding call services.
