The 1 in 1 out process provides the option to generate a PAC with no termination fees when users would like to retain their line by replacing their number with a new one. This is so amount of CTN's remains the same on the account.
The process is as follows:
- Request comes into support@citycom.co.uk for a PAC to be generated with no fees via 1 in 1 out.
- New connection is created to replace the number leaving - this connection will be the exact same as leaver.
- Once new connection is live and active on the account, Citycom seeks commercial approval to generate a PAC with no fees based on number being replaced.
- Once Citycom receives the approval, we are able to generate the PAC with no fees and provide to the user.
- Citycom to request provider to align the contract dates to be the same as the number leaving.
Please note: this process can take up to 14 working days due to Vodafone SLA's on commercial approval.
