Hard Reset / Manual Roam

To perform a hard reset/manual roam, please use attached document. 

Hard reset/manual roam is the mobile equivalent of rebooting your PC - sometimes, your number can get stuck on the network or just become out of date after a while of no use. Meaning:

- Poor or no signal
- Inability to send or receive SMS messages (SMS service centre number)
- Slow data speeds
- Intermittent data
- Inability to connect to data while roaming

Therefore, to catch up back onto the network, hard reset & manual roam is required.
