To report a fault with your PSTN/ISDN landline, please follow below steps:

Calling/Network Feature Fault
Continuous Dial Tone
Crossed Lines
Cutting Off
Damage Report Overhead
Damage Report Underground
Damage Report Wiring
Disconnect Clear/Gain Balance
Faint Transmission
Messaging Service Fault (i.e. 1571)
No Dial Tone
No Reply
No Tones
Noisy
Number Unobtainable
One Way Transmission
Overhearing
Permanent Engaged Tone
Ring Trip
Unable to Ring Trip
Wrong Numbers Outgoing
Physical Damage to line or premises
Once identified, please report your fault to:

Citycom will run a line test - if no fault is found, we will let you know. If you believe there is definitely a fault, we can go ahead and raise anyway. If there is a fault, we can raise straight away. For us to do this, please provide any detail of fault and also a site contact (name and number) - this will be available to the Openreach engineer that investigates fault.
We will continue to update you on the status of the fault until cleared.
If you feel fault is not clear, we can reject the clear and fault will be re-raised automatically.
