Business Advanced Plan - Roaming and Advice

Take your home price plan abroad for a daily fee to 50 destinations in Europe and to 60 destinations in the World Zone. The daily fee is £2.00 in Europe Zone 1, £2.50 in Europe Zone 2 and £5 in the World Zone. Countries listed below:

Please note: as part of the daily rate, you can call locally and back to the UK but calling other destinations while roaming in any of the above countries would be chargeable. Also, if you exceed your UK data allowance while roaming, this will incur a charge of £12.77 per GB.

Fair use policy on your UK data allowance when roaming

All our Pay monthly plans have a Fair Use threshold of 25GB a month when roaming in one of our inclusive roaming destinations. If you reach this threshold, you will be barred from further data usage. If you choose to continue using data and exceed this threshold, you’ll be charged extra.

Advice: 

• Connect to Wi-Fi where possible
• Use WhatsApp to make calls
• If you have a spend manager on your number, for example a £10 spend manager, you will be barred from being able to incur out of bundle charges above this - if for any reason you need to exceed this spend manager, please contact your IT department for approval. 
• Please ensure you switch off your device while travelling to and from your destination via aircraft etc.
• Please note, having a data limit for example 2GB means you will not be able to use more as when roaming you are using your UK plan like at home.
