Forwarding calls
There are a number of situations when you may want to forward incoming calls to another phone number or to your voicemail.
You can set up call forwarding for the following situations:

When my phone is unreachable |
Forwards calls to another phone number or your voicemail if technical problems prevent One Net from connecting a call to your phone. |

When I don't pick up after n seconds |
Forwards calls to another phone number or your voicemail if you don't answer after the number of seconds that you set as the limit. |
|
When my phone line is busy |
Forwards calls to another phone number or your voicemail when you're busy on a call or if you have activated another service that blocks incoming calls, for example, do not disturb. |
You can also set up advanced call forwarding rules for specific times or for calls coming from specific phone numbers.
If your administrator has locked a feature for you, you can't edit options for that feature. Contact your administrator.
To forward all calls

Access One Net Feature Management Portal.
- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding and select Edit.
- Select Always (they won't ring at all).
- Select whether to forward calls to your voicemail or to another phone number.
- If you want to forward calls to another phone number, enter the phone number or select the phone number from the address book.
To forward calls when you're unreachable

Access One Net Feature Management Portal.
- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding and select Edit.
- Select When my phone is unreachable.
- If you want to forward calls to another phone number, enter the phone number or select the phone number from the address book.
To forward calls when there's no answer

Access One Net Feature Management Portal.
- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding and select Edit.
- Select When I don't pick up after n seconds.
- Select the number of seconds to wait before forwarding the call.
- Select whether to forward calls to your voicemail or to another phone number.
- If you want to forward calls to another phone number, enter the phone number or select the phone number from the address book.
To forward calls when you're busy

Access One Net Feature Management Portal.
- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding and select Edit.
- Select When my phone line is busy.
- Select whether to forward calls to your voicemail or to another phone number.
- If you want to forward calls to another phone number, enter the phone number or select the phone number from the address book.
To forward calls at specific times
To set calendar-based call forwarding

Access One Net Feature Management Portal.
- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding.
- In the Calendar based section, select .
- In the Calls on section, select the days and times when call forwarding is active and select Next.
- In the Forwards to section, select whether calls are forwarded to another phone number, to your voicemail or not forwarded at all.
Use the Do nothing option to override other call forwarding settings. - Select Next > .

- Select My Numbers > Call Forwards.
The list of your phone numbers is displayed.
- Select the phone number for which you want to set call forwarding.
- In the Origin based section, select .
- In the Calls from section, enter the phone number or initial digits of a set of phone numbers from which calls are forwarded.
- In the Forwards to section, select whether to forward calls to another phone number or to your voicemail.
